Meet Heather Davis! Â
Heather is a physical therapist, exercise trainer, and health and wellness coach.
I am a wife and mom of three kids who loves fitness and health. I have been a physical therapist for over 15 years with a special focus on women’s health. After having my kids, I realized how undersupported women are in their postpartum journey. It is now my passion to help other moms achieve their health goals while juggling the demands of motherhood, which is the toughest, yet most gratifying experience!!
I have had my share of health struggles over the years, between leaky gut issues, disordered eating, an auto-immune diagnosis, hypothyroidism, and stress greatly affecting my health. I have taken a holistic approach to heal my body with the help of functional medicine doctors and I want to give back and help other women experiencing issues.Â
I know how good it is to feel good and I want to share that knowledge with you! Movement is medicine- I will teach you how to enjoy exercise and how good it is to feel strong. I will also share some of my go-to recipes, workouts, and nutrition tips so you can stay on top of your health and fitness journey. I would love to hear from you! It All Started After I Had My First Baby....
I was lost in the world of motherhood! I wanted to get my body back in shape, wanted to find community and wanted to regain strength. I realized that although becoming a parent is amazing, you lose your sense of identity and your needs get pushed last. As I tried to find the work-life-stress balance, I had various health issues arise (hypothyroidism, leaky gut, hair loss).

But Then Everything Changed...
As a physical therapist I realized how underserved moms are in our society. I became a women's health focused PT, sleep became a priority, I started a regular yoga practice, modified my exercise routine, adopted a gratitude practice and changed my eating habits. Healthy moms lead to healthy families! I try to lead by example to show my family the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I am still and will always be a work in progress, but I truly feel a passion in me to help other mamas.
 Now I'm able To Confidently Help Other Mamas...
Whether you are recently postpartum or it has been years since you had your child, I am here to help achieve the goals you have to live an active and healthy lifestyle. It doesn't have to be complicated, I keep things easy to implement in your busy life.Â
